All the calls that I made to Chapter were received promptly and by a knowledgeable representative. They like to keep me with the same agent, so I worked with Carlos a few times -probably more than a few. Carlos guided me through choosing a plan and then deciding on a different plan during my six month Medigap window that I can change plans. He did not try to swing me towards an expensive plan but allowed me to stew everything over and then I finally went with a lower plan. Their agents are knowledgeable, and I trust the relationship that I have with them and the fact that I can call as I go forward in my aging and Medigap insurance. I’m grateful for Chapter and all the people that have been so responsive.

I really needed help badly! This worker was extremely helpful. Matter of fact probably best ever! I retired from State Oregon DHS. Worked on Obama Care which was worse thing ever! This person would have been exactly who I'd want working with me! Above, beyond what he had to do. Friendly yet very professional, what people need! Thank you for having the best working for you! Thank you Seth Peters! Due to all of the horror stories that I have heard about signing up for Medicare, I had put this off until the very last minute. Once I heard about Chapter on the Steve Bannon show, I knew I had found the answer to my prayers, and I REALLY did! I just did not realize how simple that you could make this for me Seth. If I had called back in April, before my birthday in May, I would have saved $600.00 per month from the ObamaCare premium that I have been paying. You really are a Godsend and I so much appreciate all that you did to simplify this process for me. In 50 minutes you did what I know would have taken so much time for me to handle on my own, and then having the fear that I might have signed up for the wrong things.
