I spoke today with Jacob, United Insurance Professional. He was amazing, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and simply extraordinary. I was going one way but after conversing at length about my current coverage and learning about the recent additional coverage, I felt I was able to make a decision based on my needs. Having to talk with Tiffany, made my whole day. I usually don't care to talk to insurance people. I feel more confused after I hang up, then I did before I called. Not this time. It was explained to me so I could understand it the first time.
