Tom Fehr is the gentleman who worked with me to select a supplemental insurance program that was less expensive and provided the coverage I need. Tom made me comfortable with my decision to change supplemental coverage from a plan that I have been enrolled in since 2005. Tom provided answers to my questions and went above and beyond to explain aspects of Medicare and supplemental insurance that I was unaware of prior to our telephone discussion. I will be sure to provide Tom's information to family and friends who may be seeking supplemental coverage upon enrolling in Medicare. Michael Falcon was knowledgeable, kind, joyful and most of all, patient with my endless questions. He was very very helpful with my decision on who to get my supplemental insurance through for Medicare. I have been burned by insurance sales folks in the past so I am understandably hesitant to trust but he took it in stride.
