Chapter was founded to ensure that every American preserves their health, wealth, and purpose in retirement. We started with Medicare, because good health is central to living a good life.
Medicare is confusing and many bad actors profit from that confusion. We saw many of our own parents and grandparents being exploited and we decided to build a platform that put seniors first.

i dealt mostly with daylynn and then with briana. they were both extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and informative. they gave minute details of the plan we were discussing and even checked medications and providers that they really didn't have to. they were both extremely proficient but were also kind and friendly and never made me feel badly for things i didn't know or understand right away. amazing that this is a free service! customer service like this doesn't really exist anymore.

Jeffrey Feen was amazing with Chapter. He was so kind. So incredibly thorough with all of his information , helping us decide which plan to choose , making sure all of our doctors were in the network and hospitals.
