I was a stressed out mess after having had multiple calls with Medicare assistance groups. I was more confused after the calls and research than before I started. Then I found Bennett with Chapter. Jess was amazing and very helpful. Having been on MediCal out of California since turning 65, when I applied to be on Medicare...This new administration kicked me off the program and left me scrambling with finding a solution. My regular agent advocate wasn't familiar with MediCal and so I was left scrambling. One call to Chapter and Jess changed all that for me. He was clear and concise on helping me switch to a great plan. This individual does great work. Ive been remiss in sending this. Consider Jess a great asset to Chapter.
