Chapter was founded to ensure that every American preserves their health, wealth, and purpose in retirement. We started with Medicare, because good health is central to living a good life.

Medicare is confusing and many bad actors profit from that confusion. We saw many of our own parents and grandparents being exploited and we decided to build a platform that put seniors first.

Our advisors compare every plan nationwide, and recommend the best plan for each individual, regardless of whether or not we get paid. It's the right thing to do and it's what every American deserves.

Marsh Graves I originally called asking to speak to the person i first worked with. He was not available, but she said when he was off the phone he would call me back and asked if that was okay with me or if she could help me. Which I appreciated. I told her my issue and she said the pharmacy was not open for another 30 minutes but that she would block out that time and call them right when they opened and she would call me back right after she spoke with the pharmacy to tell me what she had found out. She called me back at 9:15. She knew what the problem was and she had not only called the pharmacy but she called my mothers doctors office in 15 minutes. Unheard of customer service. I used to manage the customer service department for an International Frozen Food company. Marsh was PERFECT! I hope with all my heart you recognize this employee. She diffused a stressful situation from the very first sentence. Issue - A $6000 a month medicine not being filled. First time I tried to refill it after changing plans. Of course I was terrified that something had been set up wrong and I would not be able to get this medicine for my mother. Thank you Marsh!!!!!!!!!!
