Chapter was founded to ensure that every American preserves their health, wealth, and purpose in retirement. We started with Medicare, because good health is central to living a good life.
Medicare is confusing and many bad actors profit from that confusion. We saw many of our own parents and grandparents being exploited and we decided to build a platform that put seniors first.

Brian did an awesome job helping me sigh up for Medicare. He was never in a hurry and made sure that every step of the way that I understood what we had reviewed and clearly explained my questions. Very professional, saved me a lot of time and money in a time where every penny is needed, relax they know how to save you countless hours of aggravation. Saved me 200 a month for better coverage, or you can read the 150 page book "Medicare and you 2026" in your spare time and get really confused. Thank you chapter for your help in a moment when things should be easy, 20 minutes was well worth it!! Absolutely a solid 5. now retired and sleeping better.

I contacted Chapter to review my Medicare part B plan. Spoke with Jennifer Cabellos, Jennifer spent time reviewing my current plan and asked the pertinent questions to see if another plan would be not only a savings in cost as well as more comprehensive. After her careful review Jennifer advised to stay with my plan. And call back in October. In summary Jennifer and Chapter are TRUE to their "Mission Creed" Thank you Jennifer, Respectfully S.
