Seniors Deserve Better
Why Chapter Is Here
Chapter was founded to ensure that every American preserves their health, wealth, and purpose in retirement. We started with Medicare, because good health is central to living a good life.
Medicare is confusing and many bad actors profit from that confusion. We saw many of our own parents and grandparents being exploited and we decided to build a platform that put seniors first.
Our advisors compare every plan nationwide, and recommend the best plan for each individual, regardless of whether or not we get paid. It's the right thing to do and it's what every American deserves.
Meet Your Medicare Team
We have many roles but one mission: helping seniors make the most of retirement.
We take our work seriously and treat every Chapter member as if they were our own parent or grandparent.

Wes Mattison was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to save me a good amount on premium each month.

My contact person was Wes Mattison and he was phenomenal. I knew nothing about Medigap, and I mean nothing. By the end of our conversation, I had a working knowledge of that type of insurance and had signed up for it. I originally signed up for a Medicare Advantage Plan by another company but decided to get a 2nd opinion to make sure I had the best Advantage plan to meet the needs of my husband as well as myself. I listen to Kwame Kuadey who is a benefits insider on YouTube and he partners with Chapter. He goes over Medicare changes, how it will affect Medicare recipients, and what your rights are. So I decided to give Chapter a call just to do some comparisons of what I thought would be other Advantage plans because they seemed to have access to more plans than the other company. I’m glad I made the call because the other company never even mentioned Medigap Insurance. Wes asked me what I wanted out of my medical coverage and I told him that at our ages, we wanted the best coverage we could afford to get without a lot of surprises as to what we would owe for unforeseen illnesses. He asked me if I knew anything about Medigap and I told him no. That’s when he went over the differences between the two types of insurances. I found that Medigap was a better fit for my husband and myself. I know it does not cover eye and dental, but I will put in the work to find something adequate that will meet our needs. With knowing what the costs of most things that pertain to medical issues we could encounter, it will allow us to put money aside for those two things. Also, open enrollment is only 4 months away. If this type of insurance doesn’t work out, I will find another plan at that time, but for now I will be able to get some hands on experience about this specific plan. Thank you again Wes for all of your help. It was a pleasure talking to you.

"I had done at least 40 hours of my own research. Built a matrix, built a spreadsheet. But Chapter provided people who had key insights that helped me to make a smarter decision."
