I was introduced to Chapter and Lati Carpenter by our Financial adviser. Lati has been a wealth of knowledge in regards to the various Medicare questions specific to my criteria. Lati also provided a variety of options to consider with the pros and cons associated with each to allow me to determine what would work best. We contacted chapter and had a great experience. They helped us to set up our Medicare part G plan our agent was Dalynn Garfield. she was outstanding helped us to understand our options and answered any question that we had,she worked in the evening after hours to accommodate us can’t say enough good things about her. She made it easy to understand and gave us several options. she found us an A plus plus plan at a great price and set everything up for us. their service was outstanding and would not hesitate to recommend them
