Aaron helped me through the entire process. From the different plans, the pros and cons of each as well as the costs of going different routes. He answered all my questions, later questions from my wife, through email and phone. When I needed applications filled out he walked and talked me through all the many questions and made clear whatever was needed from the providers. I give Chapter and Aaron the highest recommendation as the best place to go if you are looking to get through the mess of Medicare, Medigap and all the ever-changing variations of each.
