Seniors Deserve Better

I would like to take a moment to thank Bryan Mele for helping me. He answered all the questions looming over me concerning Medicare and proper coverage. He was kind, professional and so helpful. I would recommend his help to friends and family. Thank you so much!

I just want to take a moment and thank Megan Govea for helping me through the change of my secondary Medicare insurance due to high cost increase. I have heard that there were many companies out there cheaper but have been afraid to each out due to possible insurance scams. Megan was so transparent with everything about a different company. She assured me many times with everything we talked about. She was so knowledgeable. I am saving a lot of money for the same policy. She also set up a call for October to change my drug plan. Big savings there also. I just don’t understand why insurance companies charge so much more than others. Thank you Dave Ramsey and Chapter Insurance!!

I spoke with Shannon Davis on the phone regarding Medicare and supplements. I was so apprehension about calling and talking to anyone. I can't say enough kind words for how Shannon made me feel. She explained everything to me and also said she would mention insurance companies that might have better rates even if they weren't companies Chapter uses because she wanted me to be able to make the best decisions for myself. She explained A and B step by step. I told her I wasn't interested in plan C , so we moved beyond that. She explained the other supplements and how G covered what A & B didn't. She also made an appt for me in October to speak to someone about plan D, since I'm turning 65 in December. She was awesome. I signed up for what I needed and don't feel I need to do any comparison shopping. I will highly recommend her to any of my friends turning 65.
