Chapter was founded to ensure that every American preserves their health, wealth, and purpose in retirement. We started with Medicare, because good health is central to living a good life.
Medicare is confusing and many bad actors profit from that confusion. We saw many of our own parents and grandparents being exploited and we decided to build a platform that put seniors first.

I feel fortunate to have found your company to make changes to my medicare advantage plan. I am especially pleased with Tom Fehr who is the agent who helped me so professionally from start to finish to sign up. He explained everything succinctly and answered all of my questions with patience and respect to help me find the best plan. I am able to keep all if my previous providers and save on co-pays and drug costs from my previous provider. He made it easy and most of all eased my mind entirely. Being new to the Medicare world, our time spent speaking with Patrick Marlow was invaluable to say the very least. He is very patient, took the time to break the whole, complicated process in to understandable terms, pertaining to choices we needed to make and the options, what each meant. We felt very comfortable and trusted the information given. What was probably most impressive was Patrick took the time to ask specific questions about us in order to better present facts that would best fit our future needs. Never felt pressured and when our meeting was finished, we felt completely comfortable with the choices we selected as well, very informed about how the confusing world of Medicaid, Plans, etc. worked. We will not hesitate to send friends his way.
