I wanted to give some feedback to the Chapter team continuing to hold the bar high for care and quality customer support. Last I gave Sydney a five stars for helping me and this time around, I was greeted by Marci. Very professional and sweet on the phone. Right away I was taken care of by Tish. Her colleague Ashley will be helping my Mother tomorrow and we are absolutely grateful for the dedication and support Chapter team offers. Originally I reached out and right away I received a Call back by Megan, incredible service in such a timely manner. Although i missed that call getting in touch with someone was instant when i was finally able to sit down and discuss the health plan options. My advisor Tish truly took care of me and extremely professional and knowledgeable. So far every single interaction I have had with Chapter has been A++ over the past year or two I have recommended quite a few people that I truly care about. This is because I know they will be cared for and taken care of, as if they were family of their own. Chapter is absolutely blessed to have such an asset like Tish, Marci, Sydney, Megan and Ashley who seem mission driven on helping their customers get the most value and support while patiently educating their customers through these confusing healthcare obstacles and plans. I will sum it up With this, the Chapter advisors I’ve spoken to all are kind, professional , knowledgeable and dedicated to Chapters vision forward. I look forward with working with chapter and the team for the next many years hopefully. As always I will continue to share your company's information, I have sent quite a few customers their way the past two years. My mother is much older and it’s all very confusing and frustration for her. When I’m on YouTube researching health plans for her I often comment on the videos about Chapter, (when I see videos of people seeking help with the confusion of health care).
