I want to leave a review of Mallorie! She is a fantastic and valuable teacher/guide for The Chapter Team! She is super knowledgeable and goes overboard to help me get the plan for my Medicare Insurance need! I was destroyed trying to get any plan after finding out I was losing my Medicare/Medicaid because I am coming off a journey from the Medicaid Work Healthy program! The problem is after being disabled I work the Work Healthy program for 12 yrs! I turn 65 in May so the program stops! It expects me to do a $9,995 spend each year if I want Medicaid. It is so messed up cause hoq can any disabled person afford any health plan after turn 65yrs old! Mallorie was just the best ever,! She goes above and beyond to do her job that she is good at! She is the Best!

I was soon to turn 65 in April and listen to Dr. Ed Weir and needed a Medicare Plan. At the time I wasn’t aware that I was going to be kicked off Medicaid (Access Nevada) when Chapter found a dual Medicare / Medicaid health plan for me. Which approved me while still Medicaid Eligible. By being kicked off Medicaid I needed to find a a Medicare Advantage Plan Only asap. Bennett and Micaiah helped me find a Medicare Advantage Plan that was more than I could ever have asked for. They were both extremely patient, professional and made sure I understood everything the plan they found for me was going to benefit me and my out of pocket expenses would be, ie: prescription costs if any, 0 co-pays, expenses that I was responsible for, let me just say they made sure all my questions were answered so there would be very little doubt what my Medicare Advantage was about. Which they went through dental, hearing, vision and even transportation the insurance plan provided. A free gym membership and an OTC card (OTC was $90.00 quarterly). Thank you Dr. Ed Weir, Chapter, Bennett and Micaiah. There’s a reason why Dr. Ed Weir says to call Chapter. I am a Nevada resident on Social Security only. I now have to pay the $202.90 for Medicare part B, which is deducted from my SSA check every month.

Mallorie Healey was really superb. She is an excellent ambassador for the Chapter Organization. I did a lot of research in order to try to get my Medicare choices right. She was informative, patient, insightful and very easy to work with. Mallorie was an integral part of the search process for the perfect Plan and Insurance Carrier. She helped me understand the intricacies of Medicare itself. I'm very pleased with both Mallorie and with Chapter.
