We are so grateful Shannon Davis reached out to us about Medicare. I had been using another broker who was “the best” in Dallas…long story short, Shannon saved us a lot of stress and late fees by informing us of a special 2 month (not the usual 3 month) deadline for my mom’s case specifically, so we got her set up with days to spare. Also, the other plans I was told my mom’s very important doctor was “probably” in network with, however, Shannon informed us this was NOT the case. So another close one!! Shannon even set us up with a plan that she isn’t in network with, proving she truly cares you get the best plan for YOU. I am VERY grateful I found Melissa Spencer. Not only being the absolute most knowledgeable and patient and helpful person I had consulted on getting medical insurance but she was extremely kind to us: my husband had just been diagnosed with a devastating cancer and it took me quite some time for us to focus doing this. Each time I called Melissa I essentially asked the same questions and she was so considerate and patient. I took up a lot of her time and she amazed me with her willingness to always help. It took a few months to get this rolling . And she urged us to keep in contact for updates on policies. Last week she was on the phone with us for nearly 2 hours. We were so impressed. And still are. Will plan to give her name out to any one the subject comes up on. As I said we’ve been “tough” clients and quite jumpy and emotional and very very appreciative of everything she’s done. Mary Brokate
