John Roman my personal Chapter Rep is hands down the best I person I have had the pleasure to meet in my journey thru this process. If you haven't started the Social Security Medicare/Medicaid process yet, it is a complex and confusing ordeal. I was blessed with John guiding me thru this process. I heard about Chapter on a few different podcasts... Glenn Beck & Dr. Laura. I was skeptical at first. I tried to "do it myself" but that left me very confused about all the options out there for me... new to Medicare. Irma was well....amazing!!!! She was extremely patient with me, explaining the Medicare part C plans available in my area and she was professional and polite at all times.
