Preston was most helpful through this process. His communication skills are excellent. If I was still running my business, he is the type of person that I would like to hire. There was clarity and all his words. Wish every telephone representative that I talk to was like him. The information provided was invaluable. I have heard of struggles from others trying to navigate this process and not understanding…. Nice to have somebody be able to break it down for you… No pitches… no Salesman tactics…. Chapter and Lorri Hatfield, in particular, have helped me immensely navigate the health insurance shopping process as I enroll in Medicare. Lorri worked with me to select the best prescription coverage for my needs. She helped me evaluate my current situation, as well as what my future needs might be. This was our first time working with a representative for a new insurance and Scott Smith did an outstanding job. He was very professional, patient and answered all of our questions. Great customer service and wanted to take time to say" Thank You Scott". A little late with the review and I apologize, but able to get on the computer and use link today. Thank you Chapter for providing the best person for the job to help my mother navigate through the system to find what she needed for health insurance.
