Chapter makes everything so easy. Plain and simple. Clear explanation, No sales pitch. I met with Steve Hamel and he walked me thru everything step by step at my pace. I have nothing but praise for this man and his organization. They put me at peace. He explained everything, all the options, the benefits of each, in an easy to understand way. This was for plan D Drug Coverage. I had tried many other companies, advisors, programs, they were confusing and only trying to sell their "deal" Steve was easy going, not rushed, and professional. Every time I have spoken to anyone from Chapter they have been extremely pleasant to talk with and helpful! Their customer service is the absolute best. Wow, Ryan Weaver sure does know his stuff!! He patiently explaned benefits, listened and the addressed my concerns, and in the end I ended up with a plan that is right for me. I am so very appreciative of Ryan and Chapter!
