I am VERY grateful I found Melissa Spencer. Not only being the absolute most knowledgeable and patient and helpful person I had consulted on getting medical insurance but she was extremely kind to us: my husband had just been diagnosed with a devastating cancer and it took me quite some time for us to focus doing this. Each time I called Melissa I essentially asked the same questions and she was so considerate and patient. I took up a lot of her time and she amazed me with her willingness to always help.
