Today I was helped by an outstanding advisor, Heidi Dempsey, who did an excellent job answering numerous questions and providing specifics about coverage under different plans. The Blue Chip Medicare Advantage Plan best fit my circumstances. Once that was determined, Heidi provided detailed information about medication costs, about Good RX benefits, and about how to seek a formulary exception regarding one expensive item that is not covered by the Blue Chip plan. She also checked that my doctors, including several specialists, are covered by the plan. I felt well informed by her and that her rapid access to pertinent information saved me much time and effort.
