I spoke with Tom Fehr who explained everything about how Chapter could assist me in my search for a new health care plan to replace my old one with Humana. He researched the plans available and found two that were very similar in coverage to my current one. He explained and compared each of the two plans very thoroughly so that I understood well enough to choose the correct one for my needs. Tom also answered all of my questions and really helped to clarify the plan's coverage so that I felt confident in my choice. Tom really made a difference in helping me to understand a very complicated system. I am thankful to Chapter for offering this free service and to representatives like Tom for taking the time to explain everything in such an uncomplicated and understandable language.

This company is outstanding! It started with Matt W., who helped me so much. I was new to Medicare, and Matt helped me so much learning about all the different parts of Medicare. At first I was skeptical that he was so helpful, and that his advise did not cost me anything. So I signed up and had no issues. So convenient. The only problem I had was with part D, which I did not consult with Matt on. After the first year and during "open enrollment," I worked with Chapter again, and Buck, my representative, was very patient and worked with me to find a drug plan that covered my medication, so I didn't have to argue with my drug plan to cover my medicine. And that plan had no monthly cost, which saved me $50.00 EVERY SINGLE MONTH, and the co-pays were also lower. If you pick Medicare Plans without using Chapter, you are making a big mistake. Both Matt and Buck were tremendous. So glad Chapter and its dedicated and conscientious employees are there to help.

I am so happy I called them thanks to Joel on True Life News. I have been stressing about it as I know how complicated it can be . But Melissa who helped me was so thorough so knowledgeable breaking everything down and finding the right policy for myself and my husband and definitely saving us money in ways we would never have known about and weren't informed of when we had to take out a policy September 2025 due to him retiring and his work insurance being dropped at that time..
