Every year during Open Enrollment, I wait until the last minute to see if there's a better plan for me. I've been with Chapter for several years now and while talking with them has always been a pleasant experience, I was particularly happy with my conversation with Chapter Representative Courtney Caputo. She was so informative and patient (besides being a very nice person), I felt like I was talking to a friend who was also tremendously knowledgeable about all the different insurance plans! Alexis Marlow was very helpful. Last year when applying for Medicare part 2 I was in the hospital after having suffered a stroke. It was a confusing time for me and I was kinda intimidated. But Alexis led me though the process and got me though it in quickly. Getting things done over the phone seems to be a huge hassle. She was a comfort to work with. She did her job excellently and professionally.

Michael Falcon was my lifeline when I was about to miss the Medicare deadline last year. Family matters (deaths and probate) were drowning me and it felt impossible for me to sort out the Medicare requirements. I would have understood if Michael had been frustrated with me, but instead he was calm, respectful, understanding and kind. His questions and directions were thorough and he reminded me to do things that I didn't know I needed to do. He got me over the finish line in time and followed up to be sure I completed the things that only I could do. A few months later he followed up again with a reminder to sign up for one more plan. Trust is important and I didn't hesitate to contact him this year to ask if my coverage should be changed. Exemplary doesn't begin to describe Michael and everything he did!

Chapter provided a service that we could not have navigated on our own. Preston was a huge help! He checked up to make sure that we understood everything.
