I found Chapter and Stan through Dave Ramsey as I was researching Medicare Supplemental Insurance. Stan was a big help to me in understanding the Medigap “world” - the different carriers and consistency in the plan benefits yet the different pricing. He knew I was being helped by a friend’s daughter and yet he took his time with me and had great patience. His suggestions for me were deeply appreciated. He understood when I told him I would be finalizing my switch with my friend’s daughter even though I could get a lower premium. We plan on revisiting the insurance choices in a year when I would be prioritizing premium cost over a relationship and desire to help a friend’s daughter get up and running.
