MyOTC.com by Chapter is the easiest way to claim your Anthem OTC benefits. Once you create an account, you can browse through the Anthem OTC catalog, add things to your cart, and place an order.
You can use your Anthem OTC card to purchase eligible items at participating stores. You can find participating stores via your online portal.
*Note that you can use your Anthem OTC card at participating Walmart stores, but you cannot use the card on the Walmart website.
To place an order over the phone, you’ll call 866-413-2582 (TTY: 711) to get help from a representative. Just like if you order online, delivery is free.
Call NationsBenefits or visit your online portal to get more information about how to order OTC products by mail. When you place your order, your items will be delivered to your house with no shipping or delivery charges.
