Some Devoted Health Medicare Advantage plans provide enrollees with an over-the-counter (OTC) benefit. This OTC benefit gives you money that can be used to spend on over-the-counter items, like over-the-counter medicines, first aid supplies, and personal care products.
In this guide, we’ll give a thorough overview of the Devoted Health OTC benefit, including how to use it and what you can use it to buy.
The Devoted OTC benefit is an extra benefit provided by some Devoted Health Medicare Advantage plans. Not all Devoted Medicare Advantage plans provide an OTC benefit, and the OTC benefit amount will vary between plans. For example, the Devoted ESSENTIALS Orlando (HMO) plan provides enrollees with a $65 OTC credit every quarter. The Devoted CHOICE PPO plan provides enrollees with a $110 OTC credit every quarter.

You can use your Devoted OTC benefit online, in a store, or over the phone. We’ll go into each option in more detail below.
You can use your OTC benefit online using the CVS portal or the Chapter OTC app.
Get started by signing into the portal via this link. Browse and place your order. Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email with tracking information once the order has shipped. Delivery is free and usually takes 5-7 days.
The Chapter OTC app is the easiest way to claim your OTC benefits. Once you create an account, you can browse through the catalog, add things to your cart, and place an order.
You can visit any standalone CVS, Navarro, or Longs Drug store to use your OTC benefit. Note that CVS stores located inside another store are not eligible locations for claiming your OTC benefit. When checking out, tell the cashier that you have OTC Health Solutions, then show them your Devoted Health plan member ID.
*Note that the prices in store may not match the prices you see in the OTC catalog, but you will always pay the catalog price.
To place an order over the phone, you’ll call OTC Health Solutions, Devoted Health’s OTC partner. You can reach OTC Health Solutions by calling 1-888-628-2770 (TTY 711) between 9am and 8pm local time. If you live in Hawaii, you can call between 7am and 5pm.
Just like if you order online, delivery is free and usually takes 5-7 days (up to 21 days if you live in Hawaii). The agent you place your order with can provide you with tracking information upon request.
The Devoted OTC catalog will provide you with the best information about what you can buy using your benefit. If you view the catalog, you’ll see things like:
